I made the reservation online. The website asked me where I want to pick up and drop off. I input different zip codes for it (but within the same city) and was offered 19.95 (plus 0.79 per mile). Then when I was done with the truck and tried to return the truck to my planned drop off location (Slaughter Lane), I was told by UHaul Manager J. Martinez at Slaughter Lane location that I can't unless I pay over $100. When I exclaimed my disbelief and told her UHaul website told me it's only 19.95, she gave me bad attitude. She rolled her eyes, she was dismissive, showed an expression of impatience and contempt, and she was just absolutely rude. She said the 19.95 was only offered for same location rental.\r

If she was correct, that means UHAUL website is misleading customers when they asked us to enter a return location and never mentioned anything about the requirement to return to the same location during the reservation process. Or if the website is correct, that means Ms Martinez was not only RUDE but also misleading customers. Either way, UHAUL's service was extremely poor. \r

J. Martinez, with her kind of horrible attitude towards customers, should not be in service industry. She should be fired.
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Misleading Website, Nickle and Dime Customers, BAD attitude
