Two Tartes does a great job of filling a niche in Georgetown.
I've been looking for a place in South Seattle where I could get coffee, some real lunch food and munchies for my sweet tooth (not Starbucks!) that wasn't too far off the beaten path. If there's a place like Cheer's where everybody knows your name, and this is it, though I haven't been in often enough.
My favorite is the curried chicken. It's best on ciabatta bread/bollo, but grab a few extra napkins and a fork 'cause you'll need them. It's very messy on the go.
I also love the brownies- choc. and caramel or toffee- rich and gooey. They easily weigh 6 oz. or more, and they are definately worth the price. Just don't try to eat a whole one in one sitting.
I wouldn't add a side of fruit, it's overpriced, ditto with the boxed lunch, but it's all very tasty.
