Things have gone from fair to bad. I've been a customer for a few years for the low price and speed. I started with a 20 yo car, now a new car and I notice the mediocre job. The shine pkgs are bad so I get the basic. There's little interior cleaning just vacuum, spray and wipe. They don't do spot, leather, dash or windshield treatment. They ALWAYS miss areas. Usually I ask the guys to clean them - Almost always the door bins, cup holders and seat crevices; occasionally either of dash board crevices, door jams, gauges, steering wheel column or rear window shelf. They occasionally leave areas wet with cleaner, like the leather seats which I've sat on. I keep a cloth handy to wipe up after them. If I'm in a hurry I ignore what they missed. After the coupon, taxes and tips it's a quick wash under $20 so I justify it. In recent months things have gone from fair to bad. Lately I go midweek around lunchtime. The check-in guy forgets to remove the antennae from my car so I do it. I've seen him not tape down folks rear wipers like they used to. The guys vacuuming miss stuff and carry on with each other with all sorts of off color language and don't acknowledging the customer until they're interrupted. Folks are frowning when they claim their car and drive off with cars still dripping. On my LAST visit they damaged the rear window shelf. I showed them where the shelf had dust and debris left and asked them to clean it. When they were done the shelf was damaged. The manager said the sun damages that and they just fall apart when you touch it. That was THE answer; that was it. (The car was built 18 months ago) I left my name and number for the owner but there's been no response. I understand it was an accident. The guys were trying to get it done and in their hurry caused the damage. But they did the damage and I will have to pay the time and money to repair a fairly new car because I went to their business. (quick and cheap may not be worth it) But you should know what you might get at Two Minute Car Wash regardless of how things turn out for me.
