As an employee, I have been extremely disappointed in my experience with this company. From the beginning, I've felt a lack of organization, and lack of urgency for myself, co-workers, and even patrons. We began with ten managers, half of whom are no longer with us. Whenever we express a need for something or voice our concerns, they're ignored. Our own General Manager responds to almost everything we speak to him about without genuine concern and says: ""I don't know"", ""I wish I could figure that out, but I really don't know what to say"". Most of our managers are ""too busy"" when we have an upset customer, an issue with food ticket times, or even merely too preoccupied to do simple table touches. The restaurant has so much potential, yet I see us crashing rapidly. A business is not grown around favoritism and personal disposition. We put much more emphasis on the management's personal opinions of who is attractive, and way too little emphasis on work ethic, effort, and dependability. Continuous disrespect is implemented when those of us who work our behinds off are ignored and others who are favored are repeatedly rewarded for poor performance, inconsistent attendance, negative attitudes, etc. Hopefully greater opportunities will become available to me in the near future. Until then, it is with my greatest regards that I hope serious change is made for the staff as individuals, the patrons, and most importantly the company as a whole.
