Twenty Eight Atlantic is a beautful restuarant. However, once you walk in you are greated at the hostess podium by the most self important young women on the planet. You would think you were dining at the White House! The atmosphere was very formal and stuffy. Granted this restaurant is located in a very upscale country club, but this is the summer on Cape Cod and I would expect that people would loosen up a bit.
Pros: The beautiful ocean view. That's the only reason I recommend the "ambience".
Cons: Stuffy and pretentious atmosphere. Uncooked food.
