I called them for warranty work. Sounds simple right? They came out and said they would have to order the part, and then come out later and fix it. No problem, also no call back. I called a month later. They said they never heard back from us. Well, we never heard from them. They sent the part back, and said they would re-order it and call us. No call a month later. Then I get a call from the serviceman, he was on his way to my house. i never got a call that he was coming, so I canceled, and he sadi he would have the office call me to set up the appointment. Again, no call. I called to find out what the problem was. I was told I would get a call back, no call a week later. So I call again, and this time get the manager Peggy, who argued about everything. All I want is my washer fixed. It's warranty work, so no out of packet expense for me. Why on earth would I screw around with them???
