We went with our almost 2 year old son during TODDLER time. They did not tell us that 15 minutes after we arrived there would be an elementary school field trip. There were over 50 kids that seemed to take over the place. When I asked the staff how long the field trip would be and why they didn't inform us of it, we were told we could leave if we weren't happy- without a refund. Will not return there. Just a big headache. 1/27/2009

Planned a birthday party here. Was a complete mess! Very unsatisifed. Would not reccomend. They would not honor simple requests. We did not want pizza with our party and were told that they were bring it out anyway or we would have to pay an additional $10.00 to have it removed from the party. Will not be back. Pros: Close to home Cons: Horrible customer service more
