I went with my boyfriend last night, and we both loved our meals. We tend to be picky about our Mexican food since we grew up in southern California and Texas, but we had the most delicious cheap meal: a strawberry ""milkshake"" (not like a diner milkshake, more like strawberry blended with cream, sugar, and some ice- mmm mmm good!), spicy pork soft tacos for me, and al pastor burrito for him. The only thing that disappointed was the guacamole- low on flavor. It was good on the taco, but not good enough to just be eaten with chips. If you get the guacamole and chips, definitely add some salt to help it along. The people we went with had a shrimp dish they really enjoyed. But if you're looking for a romantic setting, the decor is bare bones.
Pros: great food, inexpensive, cozy (small)
Cons: they close at 10pm
