.He cashed my check & I never heard from him again. 20 days later the court informs me that the summons hasn't been served & this is the last day to do it, so I called him & he didn't call back until 5 hours later. I had to pay double for another server to do it that day. When I told him I wanted my money back, he claimed he tried & that was when I caught him lying to me, and then he changed his story, asking me questions that he should've known if he had done what he claimed he did. Unless you know the person you're serving, he can make up anything he wants which he tried to do to me, but it didn't work because the person I was serving is someone I know. He then said that he can put down on the paperwork that he did it, which is perjury. He then told me he would give me half my money back to get rid of me. He was speechless when he realized that I knew he was lying to me, that?s why he offered the money. I requested to go and pick it up but he said no. I've never received it. I've called & he ignores my calls. He operates this business out of his mobile home, so you won't find an office to go to. \r
Don't trust this person, I did and look what happened to me. And on top of it all, I had to go back to the courthouse and get the paperwork re-issued because he had the originals. I don?t know what he did with them. A process server is supposed to contact you if they can?t serve and give the court documents back to you. He didn?t even do that which cost me time and money to have them redone.
