Excellent. After a recent Summer Feeding the TruGreen lawn technician left a personalized, hand-written note that suggested we call HQs and schedule a service call for treatment of a specific weed that he noticed during the fertilizer application. We all know what that USUALLY means at other vendors, more costs. But not in this case! We just got off the phone with Connie at the service center who confirmed that the tech had noted this, and she was scheduling a visit in the next three to five days by a TG techinian to treat our garden. Great service - what we hoped for when we initially signed up, AND what we are now seeing in practice. Great job TG - keep it up! We love it.
