As my Trainer, Troy has been a remarkable teacher, an awesome motivator, and has become a very good friend. He was exceptionally thorough when inquiring about my eating habits and my daily activity. He's been an excellent educator regarding diets and calorie intake. He is constantly researching and learning to keep up with current exercises and equipment. He illustrates and explains muscle movement while training which has been extremely helpful in understanding the cause and effect of the specific exercise. Troy's work ethic is exceptional and he is committed in helping me succeed my continued goal of a healthy lifestyle. Most importantly, I have experienced outstanding results not to mention the endless compliments!
