My husband and I had an easy fix for a pipe that had a hole in it. I saw them at my neighbors house and they gave me there card and said they would call me to schedule an appt. They never called me to schedule the appt. so I called them a couple days later to schedule the appt. That should have been my first clue that this is a bad company with poor service. Scheduled for them to come from 12-5 on Sat. Never called or showed. Wasted a beautiful day in SF waiting for them to come. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. When I called them later to complain to the manager all he said was ohhhh man so sorry. That doesnt cut it when you dont have water to your back yard. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, DONT USE THEM.

Cons: NEVER SHOWED OR CALLED FOR SCHEDULE APPT. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
