So I have some relatives who recently moved into the monstrous Trilogy retirement complex in Redmond. Now if you're used to the acreage that you get out further in Woodinville or Redmond, this might look like high density house, but I have to tell you that for a certain crowd of 55+, this is a great place to live. In general, the homes are well built, and although they are close together, most of this crowd spends a lot of time indoors, so you really don't notice the density. There are many groups to get involved in if you are the social type, but if not, you can keep to yourself as well. Convenient for older group, with some nice homeplans.
