Worst customer service of all time. They make promises to call you back and they never do. When you call in with a complaint, they promise to address the situation. Their idea of addressing the situation is ignoring the problem hoping that you will either forget about it or just grow tired of them and stop calling (when you do call, they grow frustrated with you, as if the problem is your fault). It took a full week and my calling everyday to schedule an appointment to have them install a gas boiler. I couldn't believe I was calling them nonstop to basically employ them. Getting a certificate of insurance was like pulling teeth. Again left a voice-mail for the contact person, after calling her 3 times and never receiving a phone call back, I decided to call for a 4th and final time. To my surprise, the rep picked up and sounded very annoyed. After telling them that I would not let anyone inside of my house with a certificate of insurance, she sent me a copy of the certificate. It only took forever to get a certificate. They are also misleading on the type of contractors they hire to complete a job but I got over that! Their pricing is decent if you fight with them and negotiate hardcore. But outside of that, I have no idea how they remain in business with subpar customer service.
