Great customer service 8/28/2007

I have been seeing Dr. Treick and Dr. Bryant since I was in a high school. My whole family get their eye examination by these two great Doctors. Their office staff is always helpful and pleasant. I was always treated nothing but respect at the Dr. Treick's and Dr. Bryant's office. more

I would like to sincerely apologize for your experience at our office. As the Office Manager, I always appreciate patient feedback regarding a good or bad experience. This feedback is one of the many tools used to continually improve our quality levels and patient care and is imperative for our practice. There will always be situations beyond our control that will unfortunately affect patient wait times but the manner in which we communicate these situations/circumstances to our patients is key. We take much pride in providing superior care, convenience and an overall positive experience to our patients. Lacking customer service 4/20/2007

On your first visit to Dr. Treick you will be greeted by a very helpful and eager optometrist. However, if you want this memory to last do not go for the follow-up appointment. I not only had to wait an hour in the examination room just to have my eyes dilated, but when he finally found the time to get around to me, he rushed through the appointment and only seemed to be genuinely caring when it came time to getting me to purchase a second box of contacts. Then, when I experienced severe eye irritation two and a half hours after the appointment was completed, he did not care to talk to me, but spoke through his rather rude and uncaring assistant. Although dumbfounded and unable to provide me with an answer as to why my eyes hurt, their only suggestion was to sleep on it. Luckily there was no damage, but in the event there was, I?m sure he would not have wanted me to bother him with my pain. My advise to you, seek out a more experienced optometrist as this one has a lot to learn about customer service. Pros: Clean office Cons: Chaos all around more
