I just got back from having lunch at Tre Pazzi. This is my second time there. The first time I went there, I tried to use my Living Social voucher, but was not aware that the specials of the day were not part of the LS deal. No problem. We decided we would just come back another time to use our voucher. So today I we went to have lunch there. Ordered from the menu and received our discount. HOWEVER, when the waitress came back with our credit card receipt, she started explaining why they included the gratuity on the bill. Ok, no problem again... then she went on to say that we had given them a bad review on Living Social. What?? So at lunch my friend and I are confronted about a bad review that we never even gave. It didn't matter what we said to this woman, she just continued to loudly accuse us of this and was speaking over us! I was so embarrased and insulted. \r
To make this worse, we went to speak with the manager about this and he also accused us of this! Now we know who sent her over there with this bad review information. First of all, people have every right to write a bad review if they are not happy with their experience. Second, if I had written a bad review, then the goal should be to wow me instead of attack us at the restaurant in front of other guests. Food was ok, waitress had an attitude, manager was very unprofessional so obviously, we are never going back there and I will not ever recommend this place.
