After a few positive recommendations, we decided to go for our wedding anniversary. After arriving 20 minutes late (already a bad sign) to an empty restaurant at 5:30pm, we were greeted with disgust. The man and woman acted as if we were not there and discussed where to seat us. After declining to sit outside (it was raining and humid), we were seated in the furthest possible table. The dining area we were seated in was not in the themed main room but in a third meeting room with about 5-6 large capacity tables. The other tables filled up while we were there and it was annoying loud. \r
Unfortunately, it was not a good experience for us or for our 1 year anniversary. It was expensive and was the last time we would be dining there. We have heard very good reviews from more than one person however, we will not be bringing our money there again. The clientele is mature and that may have been part of the problem as we are in our 30's. \r
If you plan to go, we hope you have a much better experience than we did.\r

Pros: Valet, main dining salon, chalkboard menu in some rooms
Cons: Customer service, food was not like Italy at all (at least from the areas we've been)
