TFC, hard to work with. They have a wide varity of Nextel phones and acessories, but service and repairs are awful. Ordering a phone? I take 3-4 days to get a new phone in and maybe longer if they forget to call you like they usually do. Repair,they have no answers for accept to pay them $50 and have the phone replaced. HEck at this rate it will cost me over $1000 for a $50 phone with all the problem I have had with my phone.Customer service is not much better. TFC in the mall the guy there is rude and ignores you if he can. You ask him a question and you'd think your yelling at him with the response you get.
