I ordered packages from Trademarc for my son for a couple years at his preschool. On one package near the beginning of the year, they gave him an extra tooth looking mark on his lip, so I asked for a reprint. They did and fixed the mark, but removed his freckles! Instead of a refund, I asked for credit on the next photo packages from pictures taken near the end of the school year. Everyone else picked up their photos and I had a refund check instead. When I called, the owner said, ""Under the circumstances, we are choosing to not do business with you. We have 25,000 clients."" There was no logical explanation for this attitude, as I have purchased over $300 worth of photo packages before and had one little legitimate complaint. Very poor way to do business and did not even have the courtesy to discuss this with me. He was also dishonest - tried to cover up his behavior by later lying to a third party, accusing me of theft; he said I did not return every photo in the package he messed up. Why would anyone take a flawed and poor photo? Avoid this unprofessional at all costs if you want anything resembling decent customer service and well done photos.
