Since graduating from Lehigh University in 1976 and New York Law School in 1980, Mr. Tracy has gained a wealth of experience in the practice of law ? particularly in the area of personal injury and malpractice cases. Mr. Tracy was an investigator and later a trial attorney for Consolidated Edison Company of New York from 1976 to 1986. In 1985, he entered private practice as a personal injury and malpractice trial attorney, becoming associated with John S. Zachary, P.C. (later Zachary & Tracy, P.C.) He has specialized in trials of complex personal injury suits, including professional malpractice actions (medical, dental, architectural, and legal), representing both plaintiffs and defendants in Staten Island, Brooklyn, Manhattan and outlying counties. Rodney Stilwell Esq.Rodney Stilwell Esq. is a native Staten Islander. He resides in the Westerleigh section of the Island with his wife Jane and children Elizabeth (14), Jacqueline (12), Kristen (10) and Thomas (5). His parents, Mr. Stanley Stilwell and Mrs. Anne Scarmadella Stilwell, were both teachers in the Staten Island Board of Education. They are the proud parents of Rodney, Stanley (M.D.), Winston (C.P.A.), Dwight, Marcia, Anne Marie (M.D.) and Tina. Upon graduating with honors from Susan Wagner High School, Rodney pursued his studies in Stonybrook University, graduating in 1979, and in Brooklyn Law School, graduating in 1982. He was admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey in 1983. While studying for his law career, Rodney excelled in his favorite sport: golf. In 1984, he won Staten Island?s Amateur Golf Championship. He still finds time in his demanding itinerary to play his favorite sport. Guy Parrinello Esq.Guy Parrinello Esq. has been an attorney with the law firm of Tracy & Stilwell since September 2009. He is responsible for all aspects of litigation matters from intake to appeal, including personal injuries, dog bites, slip and fall, auto accidents, construction site and ladder accidents, contract disputes, property disputes and health insurance matters, among others. He also handles matters involving excessive force and civil rights violations by members of law enforcement. Raised in Staten Island, Guy spent the first 12 years of his professional life as a police officer, first with the NYPD, and later in Florida. He rose quickly through the ranks as a detective and then sergeant, and became one of his department's SWAT team leaders. As a sergeant, Guy led initiatives to collect, organize and analyze crime statistics to predict and respond to crime trends, resulting in scores of arrests. Guy also oversaw several training initiatives, including new officer field training. As a rappel master and tactical instructor, Guy trained and led officers in high risk warrant execution, and responses to armed hostage situations including those in buildings, airplanes and buses. Guy left the police department in 2004 to attend law school at the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in Washington, DC. During law school, he worked for Judge Susan K.
