Sold me a "wreck free car with clean car fax", I find out afterward the car was in a major wreck with paint/body work - no wonder they told me I didn't need the car fax as it was "clean off the lease". Stay cleer of these con artists! more

its official i've been conned by these people, forget the lies about loaners and like during contract signing...they basically sold me a brand new car (4Runner) that is rusting in less than a year when i went there to get it fixed and to discuss..they suddenly informed me that the folks that signed my contract (C.J & mike young) were on vacation and longer available and they threatened to call the COPS!!!!!!!! they tried to convince me that i was involved in a rear end collision! they were in panic & blame the customer mode they lie & sell faulty cars... my only recuorse right now is start legal action & at the same time raise a hell at MS (to take them off the microsoft prime program) & my raise hell at my bank to do the same... more

Biggest group of Low-Lifes around 3/21/2011

Martin the "General Sales Manager" could be the biggest crook in the area. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!" They told us that they bought a car for $8800 when the actual value is $7625, then tried to sell it for 13000. They are rude, dishonest and creepy. Please read the reviews before giving these idiots your hard earned money. more

These guys are very rude and don't even take you seriously unless you are there to buy the most expensive car they have...Even the managers are extremely rude and their attitude is very much mocking/ offensive. I would highly advise people to stay away from this place. Yes, car dealerships are similar overall, but go to one that treats the customer with some respect and decency...stay away from Toyota of Kirkland. more

Good: There is nothing to be like in this dealership. ooh ya, their managers are good in making stories, thts the only thing u will like.. Bad: they are unprofessional, untrained, rude and my ruin ur credit coz of unprofessionalism like they did in my case. they went to my company after 2 weeks for my employment verification and met my CEO and told them the whole story. I got warning from job coz of their stupid activity , they could easily call the company, or can ask me for the paystub or employment letter. but they r unprofessional and dont know how to do the things so be careful when u r dealing with them. Improvements: Toyota must take action against them, they came to may company and when ceo asked for business card they gave one wine club card, and made excuse they dont have dealership car, put wrong information for the credit check,. Other: Dont even think to go to toyota dealershps in this area, and if u wana buy somethign from them , you are asking for careful. more

I bought a used Rav 4 from Toyota of Kirkland 6 years ago. Not too bad an experience, but in the last month, they have called my home and cell phones numerous times. Sometimes several times a day. When I don't answer, they didn't leave a message. I think the sales manager must have made those poor sales guys do cold calls to try and drum up business, but I swear, I have gotten calls as late as 9:30 PM, which violates every aspect of "do not call" and good salesmanship I can think of. I have called twice to ask the calls to stop and have now had to resort to mailing a letter to Toyota corporate to get it to stop. It was unbelievable. more

I've been treated horribly by Toyota of Kirkland Service 8/4/2007

Working on getting my 4-Runner into service department for the 8TH TIME!!! for the SAME PROBLEM!!! Their strategy was to just guess what's wrong and start making repairs at my cost. Every time they 'fix' it they tell me it runs perfect which means one of two things...gross incompetence or utter deceit because the car runs like it did on trip 1. The details are far too long to list here but they are trying to wash their hands of us. I was told parts were taken off and checked which weren't. Though they are very friendly there, they are far from excellence and I am about ready to sue. more

good sales but poor service 3/9/2007

Ordered a new Prius with leather seats. trip 1 to dealer, auto was sent to a installer. Wrong leather was installed after a week delay. trip 2 to dealer received the right leather but car was returned with damage to the doors, scratches on the plastic and metal parts of the doors(4). trip 3 for repairs - received car with drivers door partially repaired, not the others, and found scratches on the front bumper and a ding in the driver side rear. The plastic piece on the drivers door around the controls is not the same color as the one on the passenger side door. They want me to dive the car until it is time for the 5,000 mile oil change. Their attitude is one of not caring once they do make a sale. more

A car dealership is what you'd expect. A place full of car salesmen. But after having shopped around a few places for cars, I think the staff at Toyota of Kirkland are somewhat higher on the food chain than at other places. They were definitely not as high pressure at this place, although they still tried. I guess that's what got us to come back, the lack of ultra high pressure sales tactics. Be wary, it's a car dealership, but it could be worse. more

If you're in the Seattle area and have seen the ads about "not being treated like (X) because of (Y personal history)" then you can believe these ads. My personal interaction with these people has been while purchasing and maintaining a 2003 Toyota Corolla during the 2005 calendar year. My wife and I had a poor credit history, but were never treated poorly nor did I ever feel like that credit history was a cause to be treated unfairly. I haggled to a limited extent as to the interest rate and the payment, and though my monthly payment was $60 more than the current car that I had, I have had no complaints about my Toyota Certified used car. During our scheduled maintenance, both my wife and I are treated with respect and the loaner cars provided (very important to 3 child, one car household) are always available. The work is done right and is done when they say it will be done. My friends are important to me and I do not use the term lightly. I will be giving a positive review to them about Toyota of Kirkland. more
