I'm not the type to write a review on a dealership but I was extremley surprised with the purchasing process in this store. I've purchased a lot fo vehicle in my day and honestly dislike the car buying experience almost as bad as the dentist. \r
I got a different vibe when I walked into this store. I was a greeted by an extremley genuine woman, Joey Lindsey. I started the experience badly because I was somewhat rude and demanding. I insisted that she get me more for my car than it's true trade-in and I wanted a crazy deal on the used vehicle I had selected. She stayed head-strong, despite my behavior and continued to help me. I wasn't pleasant in any way because I was totally thrashed by the other Toyota store in town, several hours earlier. \r
She endured my torture and before long she had the fortitude to win over my respect. She presented me a decent price and by the time it was time for me to make a decision, I had already decided that she earned my business and ultimately a bit higher of a price. The cold and disconnected feeling I received from the other store was absent here. I felt important to Joey and her managers. I bought the vehicle and they have been extremely pleasant even after the sale. I like these guys...
