Mike (the VW / Audi guy) seems like a nice guy but, with that said, I would not take my car to him again and would advise you not to either. I originally took my car to him because my battery kept dying and there was a leak I needed fixed. I told him I didn't think the problem was with my battery, but he insisted it just had a bad cell so I paid him to replace it, he also 'fixed' the leak. On top of that he found other 'issues' that needed to be fixed and it ended up being a very expensive trip. A week later i realized the leak wasn't fixed and took my car back, and he 'fixed' the leak again, and charged me a little more. About a week later my brand new battery died and my car sat in my driveway for a month or so. When i get around to trying to fix the battery again I find out that the leak was never fixed and my car is full of mold. Frustrated I charge my battery, and take the car back to Mike. He finds a new place where the leak could be and wants to charge me to fix it, he also says that he thinks my battery had died because of moisture... it's a weak later now, my battery is dead again, obviously there is a problem with my car and he's just not able to find it, or isn't putting in the time to find it. So yeah, avoid this shop, unless you want to spend around a grand and not have anything fixed.
