-First off, there is a major INSECT PROBLEM. Crickets infest the grounds and get inside the apartments in large numbers for 5 months each year. I have seen 3 seasons of the cricket plague. Expect to see INSIDE YOUR apt 6-15 crickets a day during spring/summer. You can squish them, but they do not die off with sprays. For every 1 squished 1more enters your apt. RODENTS, just recently CHEESE LOVING MAMMALS have joined the community. They make bad roommates & stink when they expire inside your walls, not to mention the diseases they spread.\r
-THEFT, this IS a PROBLEM. My vehicle was stolen right out of the parking lot! If you see it let me know. There have been 3 other cars stolen from the complex recently. once or twice a month you can see car windows broken out from vehicle burglary. \r
-BAD MANAGEMENT, I have a bottom floor apartment and the unit upstairs left their large dog out on the patio all day. They ALLOWED THE DOG TO URINATE AND DEFECATE THERE. This excrement ENDED UP ON MY PATION FURNITURE, on a weekly basis. Complaints to the office and tenants yielded NO RESULTS. \r
-SMALL PARKING SPACES+WILL TOW, The complex recently repainted the spaces making them smaller. They are so small that you can not get out of your car if the adjacent spot is occupied and within the lines. My new car, to replace the stolen one, has received many DINGS and PAINT CHIPS from this issue. So I tried to park farther away from the apartment and park slightly over the line as to give room to safely exit the car... THE APARTMENT TOWED IT, AT MY EXPENSE! Sound fair to you???\r
-FINALLY, my lease is almost up,but I am bound to this city by work for another month past my lease. When I approached the office about going month to month this they told me, ?YOU EITHER SIGN A NEW LEASE OR YOU WILL BE EVICTED?. The contract gives the option to go month to month in it but they have refused to honor the contract! I could fight it, but motel 6 is worth the $$$ for that last month.
