I bought a new couch from Town & Country Leather and they were excellent. The people in the showroom were helpful and nice. I sat in the couch in the showroom for an hour. Their delivery people brought my new couch and took away the old one. more

Very satisfied with product, service and company! 8/1/2016

I recently had a very positive experience at Town & Country Leather of Austin. I went into the store for the first time and talked with a customer service representative who was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a particular type of furniture in mind before I went in and he was able to assist me in finding a suitable living room furniture set. The quality of the product met my expectations and I was pleased with the two delivery men who came to set up the furniture. The price was on the high end but I knew it would be before I went to them. I would highly recommend Town & Country Leather, they're a great company! more

Great in store, delivery not so good 7/20/2016

As far as everything in the store went, the people over at Town & Country Leather of Austin were really great. They were very helpful and everything went super smoothly and I felt like they handled everything appropriately. My only knock with these guys was the delivery. I needed the delivery done within a certain time frame and the guys that this place made me use were not very professional, and they did not set up the chairs right. Other than that though everything was great. more

I recently bought a sofa from Town & Country Leather. It was a good sofa and the guy knew what he was talking about. Their prices were okay. I had never gone to them before, but if I needed something like that again in the future, I would go back. The salesperson seemed knowledgeable and the product was of good quality. more

Best selection of leather furniture 1/22/2016

I came to Town & Country Leather of Austin to browse with no intention of buying anything. While we were looking through the store, we found the perfect leather recliner, one I had been dreaming about for four or five years, so we made the purchase that day. Five weeks later they delivered it to my door and I'm so happy with my purchase since I'm obsessed with leather furniture. They have a really great selection and their quality is unmatched. They have leather furniture in all sizes, colors, and price ranges and I would check them out if you're looking for new, quality furniture for your home. more

The people at Town and Country Leather of Austin were really friendly. I walked in and spoke to a sales representative about what I wanted. He was very good. He showed me a few pieces, let me know what the comparable prices would be, and explained their pricing/markdowns. He helped me with the purchase and setup the delivery. The delivery guys were great. I have been very happy with my purchase so far. It was just a good experience all the way around. more

We have used Town & Country Leather of Austin multiple times and will continue to go back because they do exactly what they told us they would do. They ordered the furniture, it came in and they set it up all on schedule, which believe me is very rare. That's why they get five stars. The service was excellent and they were on time and professional, I recommend them. more

Enjoyable experience, they were very helpful. 12/22/2015

We purchased theater seating from Town & Country Leather of Austin and we were happy with the delivery and purchase, the only caveat is that it took a long time to get the seating. They told us it would take 8-9 weeks and that's how long it took, but we were hoping it would come sooner. Other than that, our experience was great. Before choosing Town & Country, we looked at other places and they were more expensive, so we were very happy with the prices available to us and their selection and styles at Town & Country Leather. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend them, but expect to wait a little longer. more

Beautiful furniture 12/3/2015

I never shopped at Town & Country Leather of Austin before but they had a lot of furniture there that I really liked. Once you go with leather, it spoils you, you can't go to anything else. There are some places where I don't feel free to look, the gentleman that waited on me was very nice and he wasn't pressuring me. I like my freedom. One of the feet behind the couch, they had to re-screw it or something like that and I didn't notice until later that it's not all brown. It's probably too late to say anything now and I don't know why the man had to take one off. I am sure the guy who delivered it saw it but he didn't do anything about it. It stands out, it's in the center of the room and the back of our sofa is very visible. He probably thought he would get away with it if the sofa was against the wall and I guess he did. Other than that, everything was fine. more

Living Room Furniture Order 11/30/2015

Ordered Natuzzi living room furniture at the end of May 2015, received mid-November 2015. They anticipated 90-120 days, so it took longer than expected. They never called me to inform me as to status or delays, I had to call them. Delivery charge was refunded due to the additional delay. The quality and price of furniture was good. Just be prepared to wait 4-5 months. more

They really work hard to satisfy your wants and needs 11/18/2015

We selected a model that they had on the floor at Town & Country Leather of Austin. They were out of that particular one at that store, but they were able to locate it at the Houston store. They got it to us in three days and came out and set it up. They really worked with us to get what we wanted in a short period of time, and it was good quality. more

Great salespeople! 11/5/2015

My wife and I had been shopping for a sectional all over town until we got to Town & Country Leather. We were pretty much met at the door when we arrived, and we let them know that we were going to look around the showroom and see what they had available. They stood back and let us browse, and when we had a question, they were right there to answer it. When we found what we wanted, the salesperson was real helpful in getting us written up and scheduling a delivery time. We found the price to be comparable to what else we had seen in a similar style. This was our first time going here, and we would definitely go back, as quite a few other items in there attracted my wife's interest. The sectional we bought looks great and works well in our home. more

Great experience shopping for leather chairs 10/21/2015

I really enjoyed my experience with Town and Country Leather of Austin. They were very patient with me as I took my time finding the leather chairs I wanted. When I was looking at their products, they let me sit in them and see if it fit the needs that I had for the chairs. They did a nice job of being there when I needed them and giving me some time alone when I didn't. The salespeople were very knowledgeable and honest during the entire process. They didn't try to push me towards buying something I didn't want and I would say that the prices were within my expectations. Overall a great experience with them. more

The people at Town and Country Leather of Austin were knowledgeable and patient when we asked them about the different types of leather, couches, sizes and they didn't pressure us into anything. We spent a lot of time in the showroom looking and they didn't try to push us in any way. It was was very impressive, they could tell me who made it, where it was made, and could give me more information than other places. There is a sales guy at Town & Country Leather and he has been doing this for 20 or 25 years. He's easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable, and not a high pressure type. more
