Absolutely the WORST customer service I've ever received!!!
Brought my watch into the Madison Ave location to get the battery replaced. Since this is the place where my boyfriend spent $1700 on the watch for me, I figured they'd have a higher standard in service, especially since it was bought from them. WRONG! Every single one of the associates in the store had mean and miserable attitudes and paid no attention to the customers! I dropped off the watch during lunchtime and went back afterwork to pick it up. Stood there for about 10 minutes with no help (even though the store was empty as they were getting ready to close for the evening). Finally a guy gave me back the watch...but it had many scratches on the chrome! I brought this up to him and he stated that it was like that when i came in. OK fine, i let that one go since i did not have evidence of this. BUT, the watch was filthy dirty with greasy fingerprints all over the metal pieces as well! I asked the guy if he could at least use a cloth to wipe it clean. He took it to the back but was hesitant about doing it. I handed him my credit card for the battery, and stood there for 20 minutes waiting!!!! He never came back after taking my credit card! I also witnessed the manager bad-mouthing all the employees in a very unprofessional manner while i waited. Finally, I asked one of the many sales ladies, who paid no attention to me, if she could find out why my credit card was taking so long...and she ignored me!!! i waited a few minutes to let her finish what she was doing, and again, asked politely if she knows where my credit card is. She asked who had helped me because she clearly did NOT want to help me. Scowled at me and finally turned around to the table behind her where my credit card has been sitting for the past 20 minutes. I signed and left...never to return to this store again! The sales associates were very unprofessional and not at all pleasant. I never once got a thank you or an apology for the dirty watch, or for making me wait so long.
