Would not recommend them... went to a ""puppy training "" ceremony and one of the dogs broke loose and bit my hand, and then the staff acted like ""no big deal""- maybe that happens a lot... btw the puppy was a pit bull... never shown documentation that the dog had its shots (as I had requested) but then again, the dogs was one of their clients and I was only a prospective client... more

LONG WAIT HIGH PRICE 9/8/2011

They put us in a tiny stinky room with our dogs and made us wait for over 30 minutes until we complained. The doctors were loafing while we waited then tried to convince us they were just soooo busy. Prices are high for vet service anywhere in Charlotte but these folks are really high. I'm still looking more

Over charged me for bloodwork 2/17/2009

My cat had a simple cold and needed antibiotics, instead they made it sound like he had feline lukiemia and kept him there for two days at $80 a night, then they said he should have all these tests done and over charged me by $30-40 per test. Cons: rip off more

Great staff and great service 9/8/2008

Paw Creek Total Bond Vet Hospital is a great place to take your pets for veterinary care. The head Doctor, Doctor Carnevale or "Dr. C." is a very caring, knowledgable, and effective veterinarian. Although they have several doctors on staff, I would suggest always requesting her if she is available. She was willing to work with me to save me money and vet visits when my dog was suffering from a recurring condition by providing options for pharmaceuticals and even giving me her e-mail address for questions in between visits. The facilities are clean and updated and all of the staff is very friendly and helpful. Sometimes, especially on the weekends, you may experience a wait but it is worth it for the quality of service you will receive. more

best vet in charlotte! 4/24/2008

I have been coming to Total Bond At Paw Creek for over 10 years!!! I feel like part of the family. My pets are well taken care of. They take time to answer all your questions. DR. ""C"" is the best vet!! I have told a lot of my friends about this clinic and some have switched to them also. Thanks From THE BOSTONS more
