Recently, I have had two very different experiences with Total Maintenance. In general, they tend to provide quick service, which is really great. The rates, however, are a bit too high for me. I also find the quality of their service men to be inconsistent. The first gentlemen who came out to work for me was excellent. He was very, very friendly and did a good job. The second gentlemen, on the other hand, was very messy. He changed my filter in the basement and left wrappers and other debris lying all over the floor. This is why I have to rate them three stars. I wish their service men provided a more consistent experience.
