I didn't know what to expect after reading the reviews below.... I had excellent service! The doctor was knowledgeable and helpful. I have insurance and only paid a copay. I will continue to go there. The staff was also very friendly. I don't know if the people below just didn't want to pay their bill or what. more

This place should not be called ""Total"" care it should be called ""Couldn't Care Less"". My last visit was a complete waste of time and money. Was considering getting a family physician through this clinic since it seemed like a nice place on an initial visit but after a very dissapointing second visit I will not be going back. After scheduling a morning visit I had to wait an hour to see a nurse practicioner then another hour and a half in the examination room just to get medication I already told them I had taken before that did not work half the time and was very expensive. Did not seem like they listened at all to my symptoms/concerns. They said if I continued to have symptoms to let them know and they would schedule some other tests but when I called back to let them know that I would like a different prescription and was still having symptoms I was abruptly told to go to the emergency room and the lady on the phone was rude and would not even listen to what I was saying. Needless to say I will not be getting a regular doctor there or recommending them to anyone. Don't waste your time here. You would be better off going to a Care Now or getting a reputable general practitioner through an office not affiliated with general walk-ins. more

This place is horrible, they tell you one thing and it never gets done. Then if you ask questions you are ignored. If you are suppose to have a referral you might get it or you might not. Even when you get angry trying to find out what is going on. They tell you to get lost instead of doing something. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENT ONLY THE MONEY THEY CAN GET OUT OF YOU. more

DO NOT DEPEND ON GETTING PROPER CARE 5/19/2012

DO NOT DEPEND ON GETTING PROPER CARE HERE OR IN CROWLEY! THEY TREAT YOU AS A CONVENIENCE! DO NOT GET ANY SORT OF ALLERGY TREATMENT HERE! YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR SHOTS AS NEEDED! more

talk about horrible bedside manners! 3/29/2012

When we first met Dr Raja Saade, we quickly realized he was not a friendly doctor! We were expected to sign blank procedure forms and he became upset that we asked him questions. He was removing moles from my child's back but had not discussed anything with us; after I asked questions about his original findings and the paperwork was filled out-I signed the procedure paperwork and ""Dr R"" returned to the room. He then asked me ""can I do my job now?"" I took a deep breath as I was leaning over to put my phone into my purse and he said, ""I'm not going to do this, I'm going to send you somewhere else"". We were shocked but this response! I told them that I wanted the name of the person I needed to report him to; I was given that information and she called me within a couple of days. She assured me this was not normal behavior for him and even he didn't understand why he did it. I asked if it had anything to do with the fact that I am a white female and was I crossing his acceptable ethnic/gender line. Dr R offered no reason/explanation. We decided to stay with the practice because we followed a specific care provider there. Now it is 10 months later, and time for my child to be retested for his allergies. I asked if Dr R is the only person that can do the testing; I was told yes. I requested to be sent to another doctor. Today, I receive a phone call being asked where I want to go-interesting concept-and that Dr R is terminating our relationship and that I cannot be seen by ANY provider with their system. This doctor is verbally abusive, sexist or racist, unprofessional, and unfriendly. I have also had a medical assistant comment ""I guess the rules are different for you"" because we went to the clinic on a day other than Wednesday for allergy shots.....you don't have to have an appointment for those-we did. This is supposedly a Christian based business and boy do they miss an amazing opportunity to witness! I am all too happy to find a new doctor, even after 11 great years with the provider I followed there! more

worst service ever! 11/5/2011

Took my husband in for severe knee pain, I had been told they except Carecredit credit card, when I get there then find out they don't. He then waits in the exam room for an hour and when Dr. Pierce walks in the room her first comment is "" so what do you want me to do?"" Well she is the Dr. Do your job for one!! He was hoping for a cortizone shot in the knee for pain and swelling but she said no . Needless to say he was given absolutely nothing for pain and sent out the door. The biggest waste of $90.00.We will never go back and wont recommend. I wouldnt even take my dog!!. So much for pain management!! What a joke! My advise ...dont waste your time. more

Service was fine... Until I got the bill 1/6/2011

I have really crappy student insurance, so I've always used urgent care services. This place I went to to get ear wax removed from my ear, and six months later I got a bill for over $700!!!! For a 40 minute visit! At the time of the visit, I presented my insurance card , was told it was no good, and that I would have to pay the $90 office fee.. I paid that, my ear was irrigated, and I left. Lo and behold, they filed with my insurance anyway... Included charges like a $228 outpatient visit, a $200 office emergency care and numerous other charges.. At the very least, this is insurance fraud... Consumer beware!!! more

Great facility though it was a long wait... 11/22/2010

The staff was very nice, helpful, courteous... My one year old daughter was ill and Total Care got us in immediately (open appointment) though we did wait in the lobby for about 20 minutes past our appointment time. Doctor was a young women very fast but thorough! All in all great place to go... As far as the $$$ concerns by other users, we had insurance so it was just our co pay. more

Buyer Beware- Take a bucket of money 9/14/2010

Beautiful facility, great care- but beware. They have a hidden $200 charge for a walk in fee, and they are not set up to take your Health Savings Card. They told me my portion ( the contracted rate) would be $70 for an office visit. I paid with my credit card since they don't take HSA cards. 6 months later I get a bill that includes a $200 after hours charge. When I called and told the biller it was 10 AM in the morning when I was there, she told me it is really a ""walk in"" charge. If you don't have an appointment they charge $200 extra, see what the insurance will pay, then bill the rest to the patient. Come on!!! This is an urgent care facility. 99 % of the patients should be walk-ins since it advertises as an URGENT CARE FACILITY. If they are not, they shouldn't advertise as an urgent care facility. AND- IF THEY ARE CHARGING YOU $200 EXTRA FOR NOT HAVING AN APPOINTMENT THEY SHOULD TELL YOU THAT UP FRONT! Had I known, I'd have driven 10 minutes down the road to Care Now. I've never been charged a ""walk in"" fee there. What a rip off!! more

Costs may be higher than you might expect 3/20/2010

I was happy with this place until I received a billing summary/invoice.. They charged $138 per visit PLUS an additional $200 per visit because the visit was what they called ""after hours"" even though the visit was within their posted ""open for business"" hours. Pros: Received good care Cons: Surprise $200 charges for ""after hours"" services more

CONVENIENT, BEAUTIFUL FACILITY 6/12/2009

I came across Total Care when my primary care doctor was out of town-when I arrived I realized that not only were they an emergency medicine, urgent care clinic, but, that they also provide primary care for adults and children. They have pediatricians on staff, family doctors-whatever your family needs, Total Care is a kind of one stop shop. They have the rooms divided between adults and pediatrics-SMART!!!!!-and the facility is brand new and gorgeous. The staff is well trained and very professional. My insurance plan is accepted and billed by Total Care. I don't have to do a thing. They are convenient to just about everywhere. Pros: Emergencies & Routine Care Provided more
