I normally do my own nails, so when I go to a salon, I expect something a little better than I can do myself.
The staff is friendly and service was quick. There is a major communication barrier that you must get past, but with a little patience it isn't a big deal. What IS a big deal is the quality of the manicure. She nicked my cuticles in two places, and rubbed my knuckle so firmly that a split (which I had pointed out when I first sat down) started to bleed as well. The finished product? Pooled nail polish at the bases and an uneven coat. I had to remove the polish and re-paint my nails. Total waste of an hour and $14.
