Topcuts no longer has Kim working there - see her at Salon de Annie 1/26/2007

My husband, my son and I have been having our hair cut by Kim who used to be at Topcuts since it first opened, approximately l8 years ago. However, recently Topcuts was sold and Kim went on to Salon de Annie on 21st Ave and Irving. We're still going to Kim, however, at her new location and have recommended her to our friends who have also been very satisfied. Make sure when looking for Kim that you ask for her and know that she's in the back portion and off as of now on Wednesdays. Her phone number is (415)438-0056. She's terrific! more

Hair cut 12/3/2005

This is always a fine place to get a haircut. Lisa always does my hair because she knows exactly what I like in my haircut. When she is done, I feel like a million bucks. Just a helpful hint, try to make an appointment on weekends if you are going then because they get really busy. more

Haircut 10/25/2005

This is one of the best places for a haircut. They are fast and inexpensive. They really know how to cut children's hair also. It is a very clean place and the equipment is well maintained. Lisa and Kim are really friendly and they remember almost everyone. It's like being part of their family. Great place to have a haircut. more
