I brought an LCD TV to Tom?s TV for repair. When I dropped it off, the technician examined the TV and said they could fix it. I received an estimate over the phone a few days later with an explanation that it was just a bad power supply. After six weeks of not hearing from them, I called. The technician put me on hold for a few minutes and came back to say they had to order a part which was not in yet. After four more weeks, I received a rude phone call asking when I was going to pick up my TV. I asked it was ready, and they said they couldn?t fix it because they couldn?t get the service manuals and that I needed to get it out of their way.
