I have been a claimant since 11-17-99 and I must say that as far as Tokio Marine is concerned, they have been extremely accomodating and can always get in touch with my claim manager either by e-mail or phone. I usually get him on the phone but if I leave a message I can count on being contacted shortly. As for e-mail I always get an immediate response (for me that is in the same day). My claim is an extremely large one, so one would expect that as an insurance company they would be very difficult to deal with BUT my experience has never been too adversarial, there have been a few times where they did not perform well but over the course of almost 9 years, I would have to give them a very good rating.
Pros: Responsive, Caring and to some degree compassionate
Cons: Initially too many Independent Medical Examinations (""IME"")
