Awesome, I booked them last minute, and they went through the property like a white tornado! The crew showed up on time and went right to work! \r \r I am a interior designer and I am a bit of a control freak with high standards for cleanliness. Emerson, I would like to thank you for the effort you put in last weekend at my apartment. It really required some good cleaning, which you really managed very professionally. To my surprise you also cleaned the couches which I really missed to make a note of. This was really appreciable for which I am definitely going to hire for the next cleaning.\r If somebody believes my words, if you really want some professional cleaning at the best price Todays maid is the right team to hire. You won’t regret your decision to hire someone you don’t know. They are having a good team of insured and bonded maids which is quite important when we hire a cleaning firm. They also carry nice cleaning equipments which according to me are the latest technology in this space.\r Thanks again and be geared up for the next cleaning schedule before Christmas. more

What to say about them. I should say ""fortunate enough to find them"" or found the right ones. I tried many of the cleaning companies around New York city but the quality of service Wictoria and Sarah from Today's maid service provided was not one of the best but ""The Best"". I am not finding words to express...I really can't point out what they didn't do in my home. Everything...believe my words, everything right from Chandeliers, countertop, blinds to upholstery it was just at the best. \r I know many of you reading this review won't agree with me what I say, but using their service for one small cleaning will justify my stand. Give it a try and believe me it will more than worth ($$$). more

I left NY last week to be at my new job in the UK but thought of leaving a feedback that these guys deserve. I had a profound clean done in my apartment and I was more than happy with the quality of work the cleaning did. Wictoria and group appeared on-time and accomplished more than I at any point wanted for the expense. I might easily suggest them and will be utilizing them for month to month administration going advance. \r They were proficient, appeared on time and made an awesome showing. An extraordinary esteem for the cash. Can't be better...was surprised to see such a quality cleaning service. Never thought hiring maids would make my job so easy and comfortable. Called Today's Maid day before and they were so good in responding to my queries and fixing a cleaning appointment. Two of their maids arrived right on time and left my apartment shining and smelling like anything. Never ever expected such a great cleaning job. more

Another good job is headed by Sarah from Today's Maid. Arrived right on time to complete the task I hired them for. Right from vacuuming the upholstery to carpet cleaning to removing stains on the countertop, every job was done to the perfection.\r This was my second instance of using their cleaning services and I was ready this time to leave a feedback at the place where I found them. No matter what they charged me (which was not on higher side either), the service that they provided me was beyond my expectation.\r I am going to have a weekend party tomorrow and it's quite obvious to hire them for the job they have the expertise in to. more

My spouse and I lately purchased a new house. The property we purchased was a foreclosure one, therefore, the people who shifted out left the home dirty. I searched directories and found Todays maid and approached them to make a visit to provide a cleaning estimate. They were very practical, expert and made me relaxed. \r \r Sarah, Patrick and Tringa dropped in for the cleaning yesterday and they were so effective and did an AMAZING job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They washed every damn corner of my new house. They even washed on top of the units in the kitchen. Now the home was looking so fresh that it seemed to be a newly constructed home.. I am not kidding!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Clean......\r \r They are reasonable, sincere and overall very cooperative company. Recommending them to everyone there who is really looking for some good cleaning with no hiccups. more

I never going to use Today's Maid again. I needed a cleaning done before a big party so I made an appointment with Today's Maid 3 days in advance. I received 3 emails confirming my appointment. On the day of the appointment , cleaning lady was suppose to come at 9am. So after 9:30 I decided to call customer service to find out where my cleaning lady is. Customer service told me that they going to get to the bottom of it and hung up. 9:45am still no cleaning lady and no word from customer service (party is 5 hours away). I called customer service again and they again promised to get to the bottom of it. 10:00am I received a call from customer service (finally) that unfortunately my cleaning lady wouldn't be able to come (4 hours until party). Since it was a day after Thanksgiving , they were able to find a guy who only had 2 hours to do cleaning. Customer service told me that I should make priority what he should clean because he wouldn't be able to clean whole apartment. more

Today's maid team did a fantastic job...maids just left my house after an amazing job! I've had a lot of different services over time and these guys have been the best! Not only they wiped down everything but also mopped floors, wiped down spots on walls, cleaned wine stains on couch... just great! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! more

If you want a prompt, trustworthy, cleaning service use todays maid. A few weeks ago, I was expecting out of town guests and I needed my apartment cleaned before they arrived. they sent a crew while I was at work; all I had to do was sign a key release with my property manager and when I returned home the place was SPOTLESS!! It was worth every penny. Having guests is stressful enough, todays maid gave me one less thing to worry about. more

Courteous team of maids 5/24/2012

Sarah and Patrick dropped at my home after giving a call. I had my keys in key secure box and was out for weekend party. After 6 hours I was back and surprised to see the cleaning done by the two maids. They were just awesome in the work they were hired for. Sarah was very courteous while leaving me with e cleaner and sparkling home. Would highly recommend them. more
