I had been a client of Today Financial Group for my auto insurance for a couple of years. I recently changed my banking information and contacted Rocky to give him the updated information. He told me that he had an office full of people and that he would call me back. I called him a few hours later and he advised me to go fax the form over to the insurance carrier in order to change my information. He forgot to tell me that I also had to tell the carrier to process a payment. A couple of days later (AFTER MY INSURANCE WAS CANCELLED) I called Rocky and he looked up my policy and said "oh, it's cancelled since yesterday." He then said not to worry, I can write you up a new policy (with the same carrier mind you) and it will only cost you x amount of dollars. It cost me over $200 for his idiotic mistake. I will never do business with this agency again! Go online and find a company, you'll get better customer service!
