I went in to see Timma recently, my sister had just passed away, and i had so much stress, but... Timma came to my rescue with TWIDDLE BEADS! I CAN'T TELL YOU HOW MUCH THEY HELPED ME STAY CALM! What a wonderful idea! Thanks Timma! You are awesome!!!\r \r Oh Gosh, if you've gone to 102nd, and not found Timma.... she has moved to Parkrose! The new address is 10604 N.E. Sandy Blvd. Come see her new shop, it is bigger, brighter, and wait until you see her new piercing room! it is great! Just had her pierce my ears for 3rd holes, I just wanted to sit in her new piercing chair! with a skylight to kick back and watch the sky! So relaxing :) \r more

I went and got my bellybutton pierced there. Timma did an amazing job! she made sure it was perfectly centered and took her time. She also used numbing gel on it before so it hurt less. i have not had one problem with my piercing, and i can always go in and have her look at my piercing to make sure that it is healing correctly. It was $35 (that includes the jewlery) more

I had my eyebrow pierced there july 3/10/2012

I had my eyebrow pierced there july 28th of 2010, and it healed up very nicely. i have no problems with it at all. and when she had seen my tongue the way it was and i wanted it pierced she really cared and didn't want to hurt me. she had said she wouldn't do it. i really do recommend her and i would go to her again for another piercing. more

I have been to this lady twice. Once to remove my rejecting eyebrow piercing (that was NOT pierced by her) and another time to have my nose pierced. The place IS in the corner of an antique shop and there really isn't parking, but this lady is good. Clearly this woman who got her bellybutton pierced did not do a good job of cleaning it. She tells you NOT to use chemicals and to use herbal tea to clean it. The tea works awesome! When she pierced my nose it was in the perfect place and i never once had a problem with it. I totally recommend her. Pros: Good service. Cons: Parking, location more

nice nipple job 9/18/2007

a friend of a friend recommended tlc for the customer service and nauralistic/herbal approach to the piercing process. i found the owner to be a sweet woman and i got the impression that she truly cared about making sure we were making educated decisions on what/how to be pierced. my lady friend and i had both our nipples pierced and she used an anesceptic/numbing agent (not sure what kind, didn't see bottle) to prep the area to be pierced, used sterile needles and jewelry and used what appeared to be saline solution to rinse the area after the piercing. the booth was clean and had curtains. while it was more private than many parlors i've been too if you're used to or want a closed truly private room you might need to call ahead to see if they can accomodate... although there wasn't much traffic in the shop, and the curtains were more than adequate. the owner sent us home with care instructions for the healing process involving a no-chemical wholistic approach using herbs. overall it was one of the best piercing experiences i've had yet, and will recommend it to my friends Pros: good energy, wholistic approach, caring environment Cons: not as private as it could be more

Worst Piercing Experience I've Ever Had 8/26/2007

This piercing parlor is set in the corner of an antique shop. It is not terribly organized, nor clean. There is one style of belly button rings to choose from, with 7 colors to choose. It was $40, and within 4 months, it was so infected, my belly button scabbed over. It's now permanently scarred. At the doctor, I was informed the woman had improperly pierced it too close to the surface- the doctor told me it was the most poorly done belly button piercing she had ever seen. Pros: Nothing Cons: Not sanitary, bad service, over priced, bad parking- horrible in general more
