These people are the most unprofessional and disrespectful people I have ever met. Paul and his wife Themis (owners) do not know how to treat people, let alone, run a business. They are good at putting on a front and then quickly turn on you. If you rent from them, do not expect them to do anything in a timely manner and don't expect your security deposit back. They have no consideration for their tenants. The only thing they care about is collecting their money every month. They actually deserve ZERO starts because their service is far beyond unsatisfactory. more

Unprofessional and very rude! 5/11/2011

If i could I would have given this company zero stars, because they do not know how to run a business, I agree with everyone on Paul Cavanagh being one of the most insulting, uncivil; discourteous; impolite man I have ever met in my entire life. If you rent a home from these people please make sure you take pictures and video tape every single nook and cranny in the home before you move in, because they will charge you for pre-exsisting damage. Do not believe any thing they say unless it is wriitten in stone, they will deny everything. Horrible business. more

PAUL IS ONE OF THE PROPERTY MANAGERS TO A HOME I HAVE BEEN RENTING FOR A YEAR NOW AND NOW THAT WE ARE MOVING OUT HE IS THE RUDEST PERSON EVER HE YELLED AT ME OVER THE PHONE IN REGARDLESS TO SHOWING MY HOIME TO POTENTIAL RENTERS I PAY 950 A MONTH AND ID LIKE TO BE LEFT ALONE TO PACK AND GET OUT I HAVE A BABY HE SAID HE DOESNT CARE IF THIS IS A INCONVIENCE TO ME OR MY FAMILY VERY VERY RUDE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO RENT FROM OR RENT YOUR HOME OUT OF !!!! more
