stephen was soo incredible.! he really took care of me. he couldnt get me into the vehicle i was looking at but he did get me into a brand new, nicer vehicle.! & gave me alot for my trade in.! also, they tinted the windows for me & stephen always washes my vehicle when i ask him to. he wasnt pushy nor negative. he was really happy to assist me & i am glad he was the one that was there that day to take care of me. ive already recommended a couple people to head over there if they ever want to get a new vehicle. every single person there knows me by my vehicle because shes soo unique (which is great.!) & they are always asking me how i like my new baby.! all in all, ill be a loyal customer to not only stephen but to tim dahle, as well. thank you for the great customer service.! :) more

Be very careful when purchasing a vehicle here. My fiance and I just purchased a new vehicle after test driving one that was a different color with only 15 miles. We decided to take a different color vehicle and when signing our paperwork the dealer put that there was only 15miles on our new vehicle. When we were halfway home, we noticed that the car had over 550 miles on it! Not only did they pull one over on us, they claimed that it was a mistake and that the salesman did not even go out to check the mileage! We called immediately and they told us there was nothing they could do as the managers had gone home. When we went back the next day, the new car manager arrogantly told us that it was a mistake, and that we could not return or vehicle. He was very rude and unprofessional. We felt very betrayed and my fiance left crying. Upon meeting with the General Manager Alan, he also told us that there was nothing they could do for us to return our purchase. He was very rude and did not try to find any solution to make us happy. I still cannot believe that a major dealership like this would do this to a customer spending 30k on a brand new Xterra. Please be careful dealing with these guys as they seem friendly, but they are all about getting a shady sale and making their money. We are very dissappointed and can not believe that our first new car buying experience resulted in a scam and odometer fraud. What hurts the most is that instead of fixing the problem, they told us to that because we signed their fraudulent paperwork, that we now own the car. Not only will they pull one over on you but, if they make a mistake, they will not own up to it to make their customers happy. What an awful, sad, experience. Please becareful. more

These guys really know what it means to work as a team. They worked long into the evening approximately until 1 am working on a 2 car deal for me and my wife. I'm a numbers and logic guy, I told them where I wanted to be price wise and what I was willing to do. The staff treated me and my wife with respect for my money and my time. Peter and David were up front with me about all the financial details of my purchases and didn't leave me wondering if there were any hidden fees. Those are rare qualities when dealing with salesman and these guys really helped me feel comfortable by not being pushy or making me feel obligated to buy a vehicle. On top of the friendly service, the sales manager Umair came over after we had made our purchases to make sure we had a positive experience. He let us know if there was anything we needed to let him know. I received a follow up e-mail from him and today Tim Dahle himself called me to thank for for purchasing my two beautiful new cars. WOW Guys, way to go above and beyond! This has been one of the best customer service experiences i've ever had. Thanks Guys. more

When my husband and I walked into Tim Dahle Nissan, we were helped immediately. As soon as we walked up we were asked what we were looking for and what price range we could afford. We took two cars for test drives and we were amazed at how well our needs and wants were matched. Our overall experience there on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest, I would rate Tim Dahle in Sandy an 11!! Our Salesman Bill still knows us both by name and sends us cards. Everytime we go in he treats us to a free car wash and buys us drinks. I will recommend Tim Dahle Nissan to anyone I come in contact with in the future. more

Troy was amazing! We were recently in a car accident and needed a vehicle in a bad way. Because it was an unexpected purchase, our budget was really tight. Troy found us a vehicle we loved and really worked hard to get the payments down to where we felt comfortable with it. To top it off, because I was injured and couln't drive, Troy helped deliver the car to out home. We feel like we have made a friend through this process and will recommend Troy to anyone in the market for a new car. more

Great dealer 3/21/2012

This was a fantastic experience! Troy was very professional and worked very hard to make us happy even though we were a pretty easy sale. (We'd pretty much made up our mind to buy before we walked in.) They didn't have any incentives on our vehicle model($500 off for example); however, even without that we still got a great price. There were no hidden surcharges, everything was explained. Jeff, the finance manager, was very helpful in getting an excellent interest rate--better than we would have gotten from our own credit union. They weren't high pressure. No bait and switch or trying to up-sell us on some more expensive model. Other dealers have treated us like some sort of security risk and seemed reluctant, believe it or not, to let us drive a car. Troy just showed us what we wanted and let us drive it--no extra scrutiny taking copies of drivers licence or any of that rigmarole. He treated us well. It was a superior experience in all respects! more

I purchased a new 2012 Nissan Titan. I was upside down by $12,000 on my trade which had been purchased only months before. My credit was challenged with a bankruptcy only 1 year discharged. I am in middle of a divorce and had to get old vehicle out of wifes name. Somehow they I purchased a new 2012 Nissan Titan. Somehow they were able to work with these impossible hurdles and not only get me out of old vehicle, but get me into exactly what I wanted with very little downpayment and a great intrest rate. I found the sales staff to be very knowledgeable, FRIENDLY, and helpful. I have purchased over 15 new vehicles in my lifetime and have never been treated this good. My first contact was with Troy Pollock and he is awesome! When I decided to purchase the truck it was late and near closing.Troy had gone home and Mitch Hardy stayed late and got all of my information submitted so we could get the deal done right away in the morning. I had to drive 140 miles to Price to pick up my trade in and they had papers ready and truck detailed long before I got back. When I arrived to pick up my new truck I was greeted promptly by Troy Pollock who explained that Mitch had passed paperwork onto him as he was original sales consultant who helped me. This type of teamwork was impressive as I have never seen salesmen work together like this before after doing most of the legwork WOW. I was given the deal they quoted me and not pressured to buy all the extras like I have been at other dealers finance offices. Ben Gowans was the finance person and was very friendly, and efficient. This was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. The next day I recieved a call from Tim Dahle himself thanking me for buying a car from him and checking on my satisfaction. This again is a first to have the owner personally call me. I had nissan dealers much closer to me but this experience was well worth the drive. Be Careful 10/7/2011

When making a deal with these people carefully review all the prices. They deceivingly changed the price of a vehicle I bought from them without telling me, and I didn't catch it when they hurriedly pushed me through all the paperwork not reviewing any details of the deal. Then when I found out what they had done, they wouldn't resolve it for me. Yes it is part my fault for not carefully reviewing all aspects of the deal, but I've bought many vehicles in my life and I've never had a dealer change the prices of the agreed upon deal without notice. At the very least this behavior is a deceptive business practice, and I read on-line that it is one of the top ten car buying scams. It's the worst car buying experience I've ever had, Tim Dahle Nissan is NOT RECOMMENDED. STAY AWAY if you value your money. more

I was looking for a new Nissan and had no idea sale an could be this current with his product. Mitch spent the time to show us every feature on our new car. I would recommend anyone looking for a no hassle approach to car buying then I would definitely recommend going to Tim Dahle Nissan in the south towne auto mall and ask for Mitch Hardy. I just went in to shop and they treated me great. I didn't think I would buy but they treated me like a person and not a number. Now I know I will buy from them as soon as I get my bonus. Everyone knew the product. Everyone was polite and professional. Nobody was trying to push me to do something I wasn't ready to do. They're great! more
