So this is the second apartment I have lived at, and it would have received one star but my previous apartment was worse than this. Tigoni Villas are without a doubt below average. While at first they may appear like a new establishment, as they are, deep down you will see how below average this ""new establishment"" is. No security allows for constant mary jane users who always manage to end up hiding on the third level walkways, where I happen to stay. They can care less what time it is or who is watching, could be you or your family coming home from groceries walking up the stairs with this horrendous smell filling the air, or even on the parking lot as kids are arriving from school. There is graffiti on every level of my building that has yet to be cleaned for about a month now. The floors outside hardly get power washed, it looks as though the once ""new"" cement is dirt. The most hated thing of all is the lack of garbage maintenance. Everyday the garbage bins are overflowing with smelly trash. There has been times when there is some much trash it spills over blocking a couple of parking spots. I feel bad for the people in the building near the garbage is it looks like a mini landfill out their window, it probably smells like one too. They have two for the entire population of the Tigoni Villas. Other than bad parking arrangements for buildings 3,4, and 5, everything else is ok.
Pros: Location is close to schools, stores, highways.
Cons: Bad parking, bad maintenance, poor facilities.
