Three Rivers Pizzeria

I have dined here before and never have i had such bad customer service. When greated at the door there was no smile it was more of a I hate my job attitude. We than asked to be seated away from the door due to cold. They made it as a problem even though the restaurant was not busy at all with plenty of available tables away from the door. Next our waiter came and took our order recommending their posole. Not a good choice if you ask me. I then asked if i could instead have the green chile stew, which i know is extremely delicious. Our waiter then asked the kitchen if he could give me a bowl in exchange for the bad posole which i barely ate. Denied!!! I then asked to speak with a manager. He never came. Kelly the manager on duty that night was too Busy to come and hear my request and complaint. i was polite and bless the waiter for trying his best but this experience was my worst ever!!! I ended up in Farmington, NM on a quick little trip. My bf and I decided to meet another couple there for dinner (the other couple had eaten there before and liked it). We were seated right away and had great service the entire time there. The majority of there menu is appetizers, sandwiches, burgers, steaks, and soups. The things that I really liked there was their beer selection and specials. I ended up getting a steak with artichokes (which was their special for the day) and the only part I didn't like was there potatoes. It reminded me of mashed potatoes that had been fried like a McDonalds hashbrown... not impressed! Overall I thought it was a great place to conversate, have a drink, and enjoy dinner.
