Thompkins Fitness center is great. All the benefits of a personal trainer, and more. Anita does it all, training sessions incorporate weights, cardio and yoga if desired. In addition to nutrional counseling. A true ""one on one"" experience, without facing the intimidation of a gym, or the membership fees a gym requires. After just 6 months of once a week sessions with Anita, I lost many inches and pounds, and couldn't be happier. Anita is also supportive, motivational, inspirational and FUN - she sure beats working with some meathead at a crowded, sweaty gym. I recommend highly!!
