We want to thank all involved for the time, effort and patience that occurred with repairing our 2004 XC Volvo. Several challenges occurred with getting the repairs completed, but at no time did you demonstrate a lack of customer service. The professionalism demonstrated by all means offset any inconvenience caused to us. Working together is the key to successful customer service. Each of you, I believe, went the extra step. Thank you!! more

Outstanding attention to detail 6/7/2011

I would like to recognize the extremely high level of customer service you and the rest of your technicians have extended to me and my poor Volvo XC90. I must admit that I was skeptical when my vehicle was towed to your facility even after you assured me that it would be as good as new or better. Fortunately, you guys were right. During the whole process all of your staff were patient with my questions and provided outstanding attention to detail during the restoration period. more

Thanks for making me believe in customer service again. 6/7/2011

I was hesitant at first after calling Volvo about my repairs, I had an unpleasant experience with another vehicle previously with a Mechanicsburg shop that supposedly had a great reputation. I had called my daughter who drives a S60 like mine. She told that you did an excellent job with her car and that she was very pleased with the outcome. You guys have done a great work ethic and really care about the results for your customers. I am very pleased and would give you an outstanding vote. Thanks for making me believe in customer service again. more

Special thanks 5/31/2011

I wanted to take a minute to thank the team at Thomas E. Brown Inc. for the follow up on my Ford 250. The follow up work that was completed, was excellent. There was not a single detail missed and the final product exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommended. 5/27/2011

My wife was involved in an accident with her 2000 Volvo s80. A jeep Cherokee slid through a stop sign and damaged the entire right side of her Volvo. She was not injured but the vehicle was badly damaged. Lehman Volvo, who does not have a body shop, recommended them. We spoke to our insurance representative and they also indicated that Thomas E Brown did excellent collision repair work. They were exactly right. more

New body shop of mine 5/20/2011

I had a dent from someone backing into the side of my passenger door. I thought it was going to cost me an arm and a leg, but I got my lowest estimate from Thomas E. Brown Inc Auto Body Works and they left it like new. I had previously heard about them through relatives in the area, but never tried them because I have a regular shop... I think I might be changing over to this new shop after the great work that they did on my car. more

I would highly recommend this place. 5/17/2011

I had an unfortunate accident with my car in October and they handled the situation very well and very gracefully. They did a fabulous job with my car. They dealt with the insurance company. I would highly recommend this place. more
