Theatre Cafe

We decided to try The Theatre Cafe during the holidays as we were seeing a show-it's in the Denver Performing Arts Complex-so convenient. As soon as we walked in the door it felt good. Romantic ambiance/everyone genuinely interested in making sure our experience was good. In a nutshell- great. We had one of their specialty martinis before dinner-yummy. Service-very professional, food delicious. The crabcakes-best I've had. My husband had french onion soup-delicious. The prime rib-was smoked and tender; we'll be back for that. The lamb melted in my mouth-incredible. (There were no worries about making it to the show on time.) We were too full for dessert but came back after the show for a brandy and the biggest piece of chocolate cake I have ever seen. It was a perfect evening for us and really put us in the holiday spirit. We will be back. Pros: live dinner music, good parking, perfect location more

The Theatre Cafe is located just 16 steps from the Buell Theatre located in the Denver Performing Arts Complex. Its a perfect place to eat before seeing a show as there is plenty available parking. Plus, they gaurantee that you make your show time or dinner is on them. Its affordably priced with specialties like Rack of Lamb, Fresh Seafood and Pastas and great prime steaks. Live entertainment on weekends with Piano and female vocals from Las Vegas and Chicago. Make it a one stop shop when taking that favorite person to the theatre.
