Place has gone downhill! 1/15/2009

Not happy with my visit. I have been here before a few years ago and was happy. HOWEVER, it seems like it has gone downhill since then. Things seemed unkept and dirty. The restrooms were stinky. My services were not Spa quality either. Sorry I wasted my money. Maybe they will improve things. more

Great haircut!!! 4/23/2006

I decided to try out the Spa at Cinco ranch because I had a "free" haircut coupon. The spa itself is beautiful and relaxing (and they had good magazines to look at!).I was so pleased with my stylist, Leigh - she listened to me and okayed everything she did before she made a cut. I love my new bangs! :) Even though the price for a haircut is a bit steep ($40), the results are well worth it. My stylist recieved a nice tip for the fabulous service she provided. more

Incredible 3/18/2006

Just walking in the doors will make you feel better. Their prices are a little high but it worth every penny. You will feel like a new person after choosing one of their packages or just something simple. Their staff is very professional and the spa is very clean. These things are very important to me in this type of atmosphere, as with many other people. They will answer any question you might have. The location is great although the parking lot is a little small, as they are always packed! But I guess this is a good sign! more

Great birthday gift 8/20/2005

There is absolutely nothing better for you birthday than a gift certificate for a spa. My husband did this for me this year and it was just great. This spa has it all and the service is wonderful. I am even considering giving my husband a gift certificate for his birthday next year. I think he'll like it as much as I did. more

Expensive pampering but well worth it!! 8/11/2005

This spa has the most tranquil atmosphere! From the moment you walk in, you will feel as if you've entered a completely different world! Their facility is absolutely gorgeous. Their services a bit pricy but you'll find all of the treatments offered and their massage therapists simply fabulous! The hair and nail salon staff is excellent as well. The spa treatment center is completely separate from hair and nail salon area. They go to great lengths to maintain the peaceful calm in this area. Great services and no pressuring...just a lots of heavenly pampering! more
