My son and I were at the Lodge Sunday afternoon, January 24th. When it came our time to check out, the lady working the cash register looked behind her and saw that a lady had just stepped up to the other register. At that time, she looked back at me and said; "I'm going to help her first". After several disconcerting moments, a young man came forward and asked if we were ready to check out. Albeit I had contemplated voicing numerous deserving responses, I decided making my LAST purchase at The Lodge would suffice. Thank the Lord there are other places to shop in Starkville for similar items! more

Good, but pricey 9/22/2008

Has a lot of stuff for MSU and the high schools too, but clothing expensive. The Book Mart downtown has different selections and prices are better. more

Everything MSU 8/19/2005

If you are in town for a game and want a souvenier or just looking for the perfect Mississippi State T-shirt this is the store for you. They have a HUGE selection of collegiate merchandise. A great section of childrens and pets items too. And, they often have sidewalk sales that are the best in town. A must visit for the Bulldog lover. If you are claustrophobic, however, this is not the store for you. There is a lot of merchandise crammed into a small space and only a small aisle around the perimiter of the store. Also, it takes a while to check out as they usually only have one register going at a time. more

THE store for Mississippi State merchandise 8/13/2005

If you want anything halfway related to the Mississippi State Bulldogs, The Lodge is your place! It has MSU t-shirts, collared shirts, jackets, women's clothing, gifts, and photographic prints. In the back it also has a children's section along with a section for sorority and fraternity items, a shoe section, and a screen printing service. The prices of the MSU items are a little expensive but everything else is relatively average. On MSU game weekends, this place is always very busy and they host many outdoor clearance sales. The Lodge is the perfect place for a MSU bulldog fan looking for a way to show his support! more
