We had to rehab a house that was trashed by renters so every time we moved to a new area we found new problems. Our guy Derik was out 3 different times. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend this company based on our experience with him. more

I had what I thought was a clogged rain drain, Paul snaked the line and found no clog. Upon further investigation, we found a disconnected pipe just below ground level where the sump pump and downspout connect. Paul arrived on time, handled the situation in a timely manner, was respectful, polite and professional. I was very satisfied with Paul and the work done. I always call Waterworks for plumbing and drain issues and will continue to do so. I will also request Paul for any drain issues, as he was knowledgeable and efficient. I recommend them to anyone with plumbing or drain issues. more

We moved into a home after previously renting it, and discovered water damage. My wife was also in the 3rd trimester of her pregnancy upon discovery. The Waterworks team were very empathic to our situation and worked diligently to complete the job before we brought our newborn home. Keith, Cody, and their crews treated us with respect and professionalism throughout the process. I was most impressed by their promptness and attentiveness. They were always quick to reply when I had questions (even on Sundays). And they were Johnny-on-the-spot when we needed them at our house. I was also very impressed with Keith's experience and prowess in dealing with the insurance adjuster. He was very confident, knowledgable, and professional when it mattered the most. From my family to yours, Thank you guys! more

WATERWORKS IS FIVE STAR IN EVERY WAY. FROM THE FIRST TELEPHONE CALL TO SCHEDULE SERVICE, TO COMPLETION OF THE JOB. WELL INFORMED, INTELLIGENT, HARD WORKING, VERY POLITE. WE NEEDED A TOTAL DRAIN SYSTEM FOR STOPPED UP GUTTERS. A BIG JOB TO BE DONE, WATERWORKS WAS THE ANSWER. more

I was home teleworking (thank goodness!) when I heard a noise coming from my basement. When I went to check it out, I found it was water coming from a burst pipe located under the basement half bathroom sink. I immediately turned the water off at the main value and called one of my friends for a recommendation for a company to help. He recommended Water Works. They came out that very same day and fixed the leak by replacing the pipe. They told me the existing pipes were very poor quality. I found the service to be top rate! They deserve 5 stars. more

I was very pleased with the work that was done on my main drain stack. It had developed a crack. The technicians came out to assess the repair and made a timely trip back to shop to pick up necessary parts and returned within a half hour and completed repair. Technician was very thorough in explaining what had occurred. I would recommend your company in the future. Gary Johnson more

When too much rain led to water in my basement I really appreciated Waterworks fast service. The workers diagnosed what the problem was (gully near window well), and knew what to do to dry out the basement wall and part of the floor. Price seemed reasonable for the quick service, knowledgeable workers and use of giant dehumidifier and fans. more

Our daughter had a gas leak at her residence and as a consequence her gas was shut off until the leak was resolved. After reading reviews on line I elected to have The Waterworks do the inspection and repairs. The two service repairmen were thorough in their inspection and efficient in their repairs. They were very forthcoming on difficulties presented by the ceiling tiles in the finished basement, and promised to try to accomplish their work with as little impact on the ceiling as possible. Promises made, promises kept. The job was completed in a matter of hours with a minimum of "collateral damage" to the house, minor upgrades to plumbing needs peripheral to reason for the service call - and all for under the initial estimate! more

Our Hot Water Tank was leaking and we could not any response that was quicker than two days out. We finally called Waterworks who came out that same evening and got the new Tank on order. Another Plumber followed up early the next day installed a new Tank and we had hot water that evening.Now that's Customer Service. more

The service individual who came to my residence was professional and honest. The employ informed me there was no clog in sump pump drain and explained why the water may take longer to get the street. Honest employees honest company. more

I was glad the repairs were done but I would have appreciated knowing that there would be a possibility that there might be additional repair aside from the plumbing repair, like a permanent large hole behind my refrigerator that I would have to patch on my own BEFORE the repair was done. I am assuming that this is not the first repair of it's kind that Waterworks has completed. I feel that if enough situation questions were asked before the appointment was scheduled, I would have been prepared to have additional professional available do the hole repair at the same time. The repair professional said he was not a carpenter and could not fix it, Neither am I a carpenter and now I need to hire someone to fix the that hole before winter. That was my only disappointment. The quality of the work was excellent. more
