I had breakfast at The Waffle on Tuesday, September 23rd at about 8:30 a.m. They have a nice outside seating area, and the decor is really fun. I ordered the pecan waffle and a side of bacon. The waffle was excellent, perfectly cooked it was nice and fluffy. The pecans were carmelized I believe and were excellent. The bacon was thick, well cooked (i.e. not a raw pile of fat and grease) and had a maple flavor.\r
All in all, a great breakfast, though I found that I needed two waffles to satisfy my hunger, and with the bacon that brought the bill to $25, which was a bit steep. If I had refrained from waffle #2 I was still looking at about $15. \r
Overall, I will definitely go back, but wish it was cheaper so I could afford to go a few times per week. Maybe they should have a ""frequent Waffler card"" so regulars wouldn't go broke there!
Pros: Ambience, food, concept
