I had a problem with my water softener. As I have a home warranty, I called the warranty company who put me in touch with a local company (The Unstoppers Plumbing). It took them 3 days to call me to schedule an appointment for a review of my system. Once the appointment was scheduled ( Friday at 9:30) they never called or showed up. I called to inquire as to the reason, and they reported a death of a family member, and rescheduled for the following Monday at the same time. Once Monday came, once again they did not show up or call. At the end of the day, I called them again as to why the second no show. The reason.... the tech was not answering his phone because he was on another service call. All fine and dandy, but not the answer to why the no show, no call. They said they were the only company that services water softeners in the area so I might as well get used to it. WRONG ANSWER ! Their arrogance was as slap in the face, especially when I took time off work on two occasions to meet with them. In most places this is a bad business practice, but seems to be of no concern to them. After further evaluation of this company from the BBB, I discovered that their rating is "F". Somehow I was not surprized. Save yourself some time and headache, don't use this company.
