A few months ago I purchased a wheel alignment for my car because they claimed to have a 6 month, 6,000 mile warranty on alignments. I returned today because the car started pulling to the right. The manager tells me that there is no warranty because the tires were different brands on the car and the rims had marks on them from hitting something. He then shows me the paperwork and it did say no warranty. The problem is that I am sure he never mentioned the warranty is not included because that is the specific reason I went to this facility.
If he would have told me there is no warranty when I brought it in for service, I would have said ""thank you, I will go somewhere else."" Then he proceeds to tell me that he specifically remembers telling me this and that he has the superhuman ability to remember every single customer and every word spoken with them.
He sounded like a scamming auto repair manager, falling right in line with the stereotype. He then decided to harass me in the parking lot when I left because another customer overheard our discussion and went outside to tell me it sounded like he was lying and does not seem trustworthy.
I guess in these tough economic times, you have business' that try to lie and cheat for a buck. Avoid this place at all costs, it's just not with it, find someone else.
