The concept of an all organic cafe in Seattle seems to be heaven-sent. PCC shoppers have to go out to eat sometime after all! Only problem is the misexectuation of this great idea. I blame it on the location of the cafe on 55th. The space and kitchen are too small for what the menu demands. Customers are asked to enter/exit even through a separate door than the main entrance because the draft is too cold for the dining tables that are located but a few feet away. The menu itself is great and like the other poster already said, there are a lot of meat and vegi menu options, just with great all natural, organic ingrediants. Problem is that it's going to cost you. A hamburger dinner can range up from twelve dollars! And the prices keep on going. If you have the money and the devotion to organic products, then Sterling Cafe is your heaven-sent idea too. For the rest of us, it's a bit out of our range.
